This series might have been over before it started. The past two years have seen the Miami Heat turn into a completely different team when the postseason comes around. All of a sudden Dwyane Wade becomes five years younger and there is a scarier fire in the eyes of LeBron James. The Charlotte Bobcats are finding that out the hard way as the team sits on the brink of elimination in a deep 3-0 hole.

To make things completely worse for the Charlotte Bobcats, Al Jefferson will not be playing in Game 4. The center has been fighting with a plantar fascia injury in his left foot and that came to a head in Game 3. In the first quarter Jefferson looked strong and then over the remainder of the game he struggled to keep pace as the Miami Heat pushed him to the bring. He totaled just five points on 1-of-4 shooting and now will not be playing in the crucial Game 4.

Now Charlotte is one game away from being swept once again in the playoffs. The Heat have no intention of taking it easy in the game. The reigning champs are looking to have a few days off before starting round two. Miami proved that in Game 3 forcing 13 turnovers in the final three quarters. In total, the Bobcats have 44 turnovers in the series to Miami's 33.

Normally in these situations, Miami sits some players in order to rest legs and prep for the next set of games. However, head coach Erik Spoelstra says that everyone is expected to play, noting the team understands the urgency to win now and get time off.
