The NBA playoffs standings are getting set for 2014 and with a few weeks left of the regular season, the Miami Heat, San Antonio Spurs and Indiana Pacers have all clinched spots and the records for each of those teams put them in the top part of the eastern and western conference as the postseason looms.

The Pacers have been clumping as of late and they are just 5-5 in their last 10, but Miami has not gained much and they are in second in the standings in the conference by three games. The teams have a huge lead on the Raptors in the east standings and the Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets are next.

In the west, the San Antonio Spurs have clinched a playoff spot and they are ahead of the Oklahoma City Thunder and they are going to clinch soon as well. The team is in the lead over the Clippers and the Rockets and next in the standings are the Portland Trail Blazers.
