Kenny Britt is the top wide receiver left on the free agent market and teams like the Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, St. Louis Rams, NY Jets and Washington Redskins could be options for the former Titans wide receiver as free agency pushes towards April.

Britt has been visiting with a number of teams and now ESPN.com is reporting that the Buffalo Bills are in the mix for the receiver, while the Redskins, Patriots, Rams and Jets are other teams interested. The report says that Britt is looking for a team where he will get significant playing time and that he likely will sign a short term deal with a team in the offseason. Britt had issues with the Titans last season and he expected to leave the team as a free agent and now that process is starting to play out.

Names like Eric Decker and James Jones have already signed and Britt comes in as a former first round pick with all the talent in the world, but he has not been able to put it together yet. The Giants could be an option after they lost Hakeem Nicks, while the Jets ditched Santonio Holmes and they have been in contact with the Eagles about DeSean Jackson and if that doesn't work out, they could go after Britt. The Titans had a rough season in 2013 and now Britt could be an option for the ones looking for a WR on the market.

Over the past few seasons Britt has had injury and maturity issues on and off the field and teams will have to decide if he is worth signing. Last season Britt played in 12 games and ended up with just 11 catches for 96 yards and that is pretty ridiculous and he will have to show that the production was not due to lack of trying, but because of the team situation. While Britt played a role in that, he had 42 catches for 775 yards and nine touchdowns just a few years ago and teams now will be hoping to tap into that potential.

The Bills have Stevie Johnson, Robert Woods, Marquise Goodwin and T.J. Graham, but they could use a red zone option like Britt and if he doesn't ask for too much, that could be a deal the team makes. Britt had a horrible season in 2013 and while part of that was due to Jake Locker getting hurt, as wideout playing in 12 games, having just 11 catches is terrible and this comes after he had 40 catches in three of his four seasons with the Titans. Britt had no touchdowns last season and he now has the chance to try and show teams that he is more than what happened last year.
