The Oakland Raiders are coming into the 2014 season with major questions at quarterback and with rumors of a Terrelle Pryor trade to the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns coming out, many have speculated that the club could go after Johnny Manziel, Blake Bortles or Teddy Bridgewater in the upcoming draft as targets.

The Raiders liked some of what they saw from Pryor and Matt McGloin last season, but it wasn't enough to win the starting job and now the team could go in another direction. Many have speculated that the Raiders could try and trade Pryor, which would open up the quarterback competition and could give the team an extra draft pick, with ESPN.com's NFL Nation blog speculating that the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns could be potential landing spots.

The Browns have been a mess and with Brandon Weeden reportedly wanting out, the team could go for a trade here and names like Pryor, Matt Schaub and Kirk Cousins could be in the mix. The team has some extra picks after making the Trent Richardson trade and another deal last season and that could open up options for Mike Pettine. The team has a new GM and leadership and they could look to completely start over and with a top four pick, they could go after names like Manziel and Bortles in the draft. According to ESPN.com, the Raiders are interested in Manziel, as owner Mark Davis thinks that he could be a star with the team.

The tough thing for the Raiders is falling too much in love with any of the top quarterbacks, as they have the number five pick and three of the teams ahead of them could pick at that position. Manziel, Bortles and Bridgewater are considered the top quarterbacks in the draft and depending on how the first pick plays out, the Raiders could try and move up to take one of those names. Pryor could be a nice fit with the Eagles or the Browns, as he showed last season that he has the flash when it comes to running the ball, all he needs is to improve his accuracy passing it.

Chip Kelly has praised Pryor in the past and tried to recruit him in college and he could be a potential backup for Nick Foles and is a solid replacement for Michael Vick for when he leaves as a free agent. The Browns have been a complete mess, but they still have players like Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron on offense and adding a new quarterback could help change things greatly. The team has Kyle Shanahan as their new offensive coordinator and that puts Schaub in the mix as well, as he put up solid numbers while he was there in Houston.

The Raiders have plenty of questions heading into the offseason and with a projected $60 million in cap space, they could make some major moves in 2014.
