Arsenal and Manchester United are playing in the match of the week on the English Premier League schedule and the game comes from Emirates Stadium on Wednesday as the Gunners look to get back on top of the league schedule after Chelsea pulled a draw on Tuesday to stay atop the EPL standings.

Arsenal comes into the day second on the league table after their loss last week to Liverpool and that match to the Reds was a thrashing at 5-1 and now they have the chance to recover at Emirates Stadium. Arsenal has a tough stretch coming up that includes Man U and then Liverpool once again in the FA Cup Round 5 and following those two games the Gunners play in the Champions League round of 16 against Bayern Munich, the defending champs from last season. One thing going for the Gunners is the fact that they have five of the next six matches at home at Emirates Stadium and that could help get them back to the top of the league table.

Manchester United has had some tough stretches earlier this season and one of those is playing out right now, as the club pulled a draw with Fulham last week and that came after a loss on the road against Stoke City. The draw was particularly tough since it was at Old Trafford and came after Man U rallied from a 1-0 deficit, but after going up 2-1 in the match, Fulham put one through in extra time and now they sit seventh on the league table coming into Wednesday. The team plays away from Old Trafford for the next four matches and that actually could be to their advantage, as Manchester United needs to rally together to try and pull things out this season.

After playing against Arsenal at the Emirates, Manchester United heads to Selhurst Park to play against Crystal Palace and then the Champions League picks up the week after against Olympiakos and they will play away at Karaiskaki Stadium before the return leg. The team continues their road warrior ways after that with West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns and finally they will return to Old Trafford against Liverpool for the Premier League. That could be a deadly stretch for Manchester United and where they finish this season could be decided over this schedule and then they have the home leg of the Champions League against Olympiakos.

The schedule on Wednesday has the Gunners and Manchester United, while Crystal Palace visits Everton at Goodison Park, Manchester City hosts Sunderland at Etihad Stadium while Newcastle United and Tottenham are playing at St. James Park. Stoke City and Swansea City are playing at Britannia Stadium, while Fulham and Liverpool will play at Craven Cottage to end the day. That will be the final match for 10 days with the FA Cup and Champions League picking up and then the Saturday after that, Chelsea and Everton will be playing the early match at Stamford Bridge, while Arsenal, Manchester United and Man City are in action.
