Aston Villa and West Bromwich are playing on Wednesday on the English Premier League schedule at Villa Park as the Barclays picks up after a busy Tuesday and the match starts at 2:45 pm ET and 7:45 pm local time and will be streaming live from the NBC Sports Live Extra website and other EPL matches on the day includes Tottenham against Manchester City and Chelsea playing West Ham United.

Aston Villa comes into the match after a draw against Liverpool and a loss against Arsenal and before that they lost in the FA Cup against Sheffield United and now they are 11th on the English Premier League table. Aston Villa comes into the day at 11 on the league table and they have a lead on West Brom, as they are at 15 and now both will try and get a positive result on Wednesday after the busy Tuesday schedule saw Crystal Palace and Swansea City win, while Southampton picked up a nice draw against Arsenal, who are leading the EPL into the day but that may not last until the weekend.

The Gunners come into the day at the top of the league table, but after their draw on Tuesday, Manchester United is just two points back and if they can win against Tottenham at White Hart Lane they will take the lead until the weekend. Chelsea is in a nice position as well, as they can pull even with the Gunners if they get the victory against West Ham and the schedule leads into Saturday, which has some big matches, including Manchester United taking on Stoke City and that will lead into Monday with the biggest game of the schedule, Manchester City taking on Chelsea at the Etihad and that has even more importance now if both teams can win on Wednesday.

Aston Villa has some tough matches coming up and they are all in the Premier League after the team lost to Sheffield in the FA Cup and after falling to Arsenal and drawing with Liverpool the team now has West Brom and Everton next before they head into a stretch of away matches with Newcastle and Cardiff City before playing at the Etihad against Manchester City. West Brom is in the same boat after losing to Crystal Palace 2-0 in the FA Cup and now they have a match against Liverpool at home coming up as well as one with Chelsea and luckily for the club, their upcoming match against Manchester United is also from the Hawthorns.
