The Denver Nuggets have been slumping heard lately and with an eight game losing streak enveloping the team, some tensions are running high and after being given a healthy scratch against the Sixers on Wednesday, the point guard got into it on the bench with head coach Brian Shaw and now he has been suspended for conduct detrimental, spurring trade rumors to teams like the Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets and NY Knicks.

Miller was given a two game suspension for the incident and Shaw said he has spoken to the team as they try to turn things around after the long losing streak. The team has not been playing well lately and things boiled over in the loss against the Sixers, as Miller was given the first health scratch and did not play coaches decision of his career and that is likely what sparked the incident. Miller has been playing behind Ty Lawson this season and now there are reports from Pro basketball Talk and ESPN.com that say the Kings and Warriors are two teams that are interested in acquiring the veteran point guard.

Yahoo Sports reports that the Warriors could be very motivated to make a deal, as they have been looking at Kyle Lowry from the Toronto Raptors for a couple weeks, but so far no deal has gone through. Lowry has been a name that has come up multiple times and he has been a possible trade option for the New York Knicks and the LA Lakers and with Miller on the market, Raptors general manager Masai Ujiri could make a move after the two were together in Toronto. The report from Pro Basketball Talk says that the Raptors may end up hanging onto Lowry, making Miller better for the Warriors, while the Kings new GM previously was with the Nuggets and could make a deal.

The Kings have already traded for Derrick Williams and Rudy Gay this offseason and Miller would add a third deal to that list and could make the Kings an exciting team to watch. The Nuggets have been inconsistent this season with Shaw at head coach, playing very well for stretches, but following with maddening defense and now they have to find a way to get things together to get back over .500 in the west and with Miller suspended for the next two games, there is a chance that a trade could go down after the team won 50 games last season and are off that mark now. Lawson has been leading the team in scoring and assists and while Miller's deal is not a sure thing, the Kings and Warriors fit as options, especially Golden State, as they lost Jarrett Jack over the offseason as a free agent and did not realize how much they would miss his depth.
