2014 NFL Draft Order: Full List For Teams and Picks After 2013 Season With Top 20 Spots Set

Dec 30, 2013 10:55 AM EST

The NFL Draft is the biggest thing on the schedule for teams that did not make the playoffs and this season there is plenty of intrigue at the top, as Johnny Manziel is coming out of the NCAA and on top of that, the Redskins have to give up the number two pick to the St. Louis Rams, while the Houston Texans slide into the number one pick after their terrible season.

The top 20 picks in the draft have been determined after the regular season was complete on Sunday and the rest will be filled out when the playoffs finish and the order of those teams are determined. The 2013 season had a number of surprises and after making the playoffs last year, the Washington Redskins and Houston Texans have the top two picks in the draft, with the Redskins having to give their pick to the Rams after trading with them to get Robert Griffin before last season and heading after that are the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland Browns, Oakland Raiders, Atlanta Falcons and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and after that are the Vikings and Bills before the disappointing Lions.

The Cowboys and the Ravens are in the 16th and 17th spots, but they are tied in the tiebreaker categories in record and strength of schedule and so they will flip a coin down the line to see who gets what spot. The full order has the Houston Texans in the number one spot after losing 14 games this season and there is a good chance the team could have gone winless, as they won their first two games on the final play and now they are in the top spot for the first time since being an expansion team and they could go for a QB.

The Redskins have the number two pick and that means it belongs to the Rams and while Washington clearly loves RG3, they did not expect to be giving up a top two pick in the deal with St. Louis and now the Rams are laughing their head off as they get another top pick in this deal. The Jaguars are now in the third spot after being number two last season and the Browns are in the fourth spot and they fired their head coach and now could take a QB there and in the fifth spot are the Oakland Raiders after going 4-12 and last season they picked DJ Hayden with their top pick.

The Atlanta Falcons are in the sixth spot after winning the NFC's top seed last season and they had a bad year, while the Bucs and Vikings are next ahead of the Bills, Lions and Titans. The Giants are in the 12th spot after pulling out of their 0-6 start, while the Rams and Bears are next before the Steelers and then the Cowboys and Ravens flip. The end of the 20 has the Ravens, Jets and Cardinals and the playoff teams will fill in the rest.
