English Premier League Score Results and Live Table From Boxing Day Matches

The English Premier League schedule is back for Boxing Day on Thursday for the holiday schedule and after Manchester United came back to defeat Hull City in the early match, Newcastle United is hosting Stoke City at St. James Park, while Norwich City and Fulham are playing at Carrow Road, while Cardiff City and Southampton are playing at Cardiff City Stadium and all these matches could be very exciting.

The late match of the day has the table leaders in Liverpool taking on Manchester City at Etihad Stadium and that match could be the best of the bunch and comes after Man U put on a good performance to come back from two goals down. Wayne Rooney and Chris Smalling had the goals to get things done for the club and now United is in the sixth spot for now with the other matches to go and the Reds have a chance to extend their lead on the table.

Goals from Chris Smalling and Wayne Rooney wiped out the deficit before halftime before James Chester's own goal provided the champions with a seasonal gift of three points.

United climbed into sixth spot with 31 points before the later fixtures.

Hull had stunned the visitors with early goals from Chester and David Meyler.

United had Antonio Valencia sent off late on and almost paid dearly when Hull laid siege to their goal and Chester was denied a stoppage time equalizer by David de Gea's save.
