The Miami Heat and the Chicago Bulls are matching up on Thursday night for the NBA on TNT and the game comes after the Knicks and Nets from the United Center and the it starts up at 9:30 PM and is streaming online from the NBA.com league website and puts LeBron James and the defending champions on the road.

The Bulls come into the game without Derrick Rose in the lineup after he injured his knee again and now it is unclear if he will be able to return this season, putting Chicago into another tough situation for the second straight year. Rose is out and the Bulls are currently third in the central division standings and Miami comes in after a loss to Detroit and they will be looking to rebound on Thursday and they come in first in the southeast with a 14-4 record and they are chasing the Central division leaders in the Indiana Pacers for the best record in the eastern conference. The Bulls are coming off of an overtime loss at home to the New Orleans Pelicans and they will next host the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night. Luol Deng led the team in scoring on Monday night and he is a key player for the team this season without Rose and he could end up getting traded since he is in the final year of his contract.

The Heat play the Minnesota Timberwolves next in their second straight road game after playing against the Pistons and they will be without Dwyane Wade once again and his health could be one of the issues that decides whether the team wins a third championship in a row. James has been playing great as usual and he led the team with 23 points and six assists in the game on Tuesday and Miami comes in as one of the best offensive and defensive teams in the NBA. The team comes in averaging nearly 105 points per game and they are ranked sixth in the NBA in defensive scoring, allowing just 96 points per game and the team is distributing the ball at a high rate, ranking third in the league in assists per game.
