The Monday night football matchup going down in Week 11 is one of the most anticipated games on the schedule and will have the New England Patriots visiting the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium and the game will get started up on ESPN starting at 8:30 pm and has two big name quarterbacks in Tom Brady and Cam Newton.

The Patriots are one of the best teams in the league and the Panthers come in as one of the hottest, as they have won five straight and the last two over playoff teams from last season, including the eventual Super Bowl runner ups in the San Francisco 49ers. The New England Patriots appear to be getting hot at the right time and after losing to the Jets and winning a close game of the Dolphins, the team busted out in a big way over the Pittsburgh Steelers and dropped 55 points and now they head into the bye week with a 7-2 record, while the Steelers are now 2-6 on the season and fading away in the AFC North after last week's game

Tom Brady had by far his best game of the season with 432 yards and four touchdowns and it came after he threw for under 200 yards last week and the offense was underperforming. Adding to the impressive performance by the offense was the fact that the team finished with over 600 yards and individually the performances were great, with Brady going over 400 yards and the team getting a 100 yards rusher in Stevan Ridley and three 100 yard receivers in Danny Amendola, Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Dobson the rookie. Gronk came back after having a down game and added his first score of the season and he had a big first half and ended up with nine catches for 143 yards and a touchdown to lead the team.

Gronkowski had his best game since returning from his injuries and Tom Brady finally had all his best receivers and running backs on the field at the game time and Stevan Ridley came through with a nice game of 115 yards and two touchdowns. Dobson finished with five catches and 130 yards with two touchdowns, while Danny Amendola had four catches for 122 yards and a touchdown as well. Brady had more yards in the first half than he had all last game against the Miami Dolphins and the game was never too close for the Patriots and now they go into the bye week with a solid victory behind them and a very good offensive game to build on during the long break.

The Patriots now will play against the Carolina Panthers in Week 11 on Monday night football on the road and then the team has one of the most anticipated matchups of the season with the Denver Broncos coming to town and that could be the final matchup between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady if they never face off in the playoffs again. The team then hits the road against the Houston Texans and that will start a stretch of three games in four weeks on the road with the Cleveland Browns at home and then the team goes away against the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens before finishing the season at home against the Buffalo Bills.
