Michigan St. vs. Kentucky Live Stream

The Michigan St. Spartans meet the Kentucky Wildcats Tuesday night in the Champions Classic. Check out the free live stream available as both schools with incredible programs and fantastic head coaches meet in a, well, classic matchup.

Tipoff is a little after 7:30 p.m. ET. Once the ball goes up in the air at center court, the world will watch, or at least the nation, will feast their eyes on tomorrow's NBA talent. Though Kentucky comes in as the No. 1 ranked school in the nation, expect the Spartans, who are No. 2, to give the young squad a run for their money.

In an interview with ESPN, Kentucky head coach, John Calipari said it pretty bluntly, his team makes mistakes up to "70 percent" of the time on both sides of the ball. That sounds like way too many errors for a basketball game, but the Wildcats have managed through the first two games of their season. Granted, they have faced weaker opponents, crushing both the UNC Asheville Bulldogs 89-57, followed by a 30-point thrashing of the Northern Kentucky Norse. The Spartans will be their first challenge of the 2013 season.

For the Spartans, their season saw got off to a bang as they almost scored twice as many points as their opponents, the McNeese State Cowboys, winning 98-56. They are first in the nation in rebounds, grabbing 66 boards in that game, while leading the nation in assists with 32.

This should be one of the better regular season matchups of the year as the top two programs in the nation, with super talents, meet Tuesday night. Following this game, catch the Duke Blue Devils hosting the Kansas Jayhawks. It is a night that should solely be dedicated to college basketball as the future NBA stars will be showcased on this great night of college ball.
