Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles (9) drops back to pass during the first quarter against the Oakland Raiders at O.co Coliseum on November 3, 2013. He had 7 touchdown passes by the fourth quarter and over 400 yards passing."

The NFL schedule still has some games left with Sunday night football and Monday with the Packers, Colts, Texans and Bears in action, but in Week 9 some big players stepped up in fantasy football and some of the best pickups and top free agents into Week 10 includes Nick Foles, Mike James, Riley Cooper and Zac Stacy as well as Danny Amendola and Keenan Allen from the Chargers

Foles had one of the best games in NFL history and he was a huge surprise against the Oakland Raiders, tossing for over 400 yards and seven touchdowns only through three quarters and he was extremely accurate up to that point, completing over 80 percent of his passes. Foles has played very well when given the chance and he could be a fantastic pickup for the rest of the season at quarterback for someone who had a Sam Bradford as he could be the starter the rest of the way. The Eagles have not looked good with Vick at quarterback and he has been injured quite a bit as well and Foles has been much more consistent.

Riley Cooper was one of the beneficiaries of Foles playing and he had a big game and should be a prime pickup, as he had two touchdowns and 122 yards receiving in the matchup heading into part of the third quarter. Foles passed for just 80 yards in his last game against the Cowboys, but he completed over 70 percent of his passes in the win over the Buccaneers and passed for five touchdowns and zero interceptions over his previous two games and he did not throw a pick in that span either and now he looks like Chip Kelly's man at quarterback. The Eagles looked terrible over the past few weeks and now they appear to be back on track and one of the main reasons was the play of Foles.

In the fourth quarter at one point Cooper had three touchdowns in the game on five catches for 139 yards and he was impressive all day and should be a solid pickup going the rest of the season. Danny Amendola has been excellent returning to the Patriots as he had three catches for 101 yards and a touchdown with a quarter left to play in New England and another player that had a very good game was Keenan Allen for the San Diego Chargers and he has continued to step up while the team deals with injuries. Allen had eight catches for 128 yards and a touchdown in the loss to the Redskins and he should be considered a number one option the rest of the season.

Zac Stacy has been a big sleeper and he had 27 carries for 127 yards and two touchdowns in the game on Sunday and he also added another 51 yards on six catches and that is a big performance for players in PPR leagues. He has taken over the starting job for the Rams and is a solid pickup and start option the rest of the season. Mike James appears to be the man in Tampa Bay for Doug Martin, as he rushed for over 150 yards in the game against the Seahawks with over 25 carries and he looked explosive with over five yards per carry and he should be the primary back for as long as Martin remains out.
