Los Angeles Clippers Schedule: TV Channel, Radio Coverage and Game Time Available for Season Opener

Oct 29, 2013 05:11 PM EDT

The Los Angeles Clippers face the Los Angeles Lakers in their NBA Season Opener. Check out the schedule with game time, channel info and radio coverage as both of these L.A. squads face off and put the finishing touches on the NBA's Season Opener.

The Clippers are the favorite in this matchup. Heck, according to Charles Barkley, the Clippers are taking it all the way in 2013-2014, battling against the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals. That is a very bold prediction. However, the Clippers have the man power and bench presence to truly make a run in 2013.

The Clippers added Antawn Jamison, Jared Dudley and J.J. Redick to their lineup. These guys add outside presence to a team known for their game in the paint and their fastbreak style of play. Jamal Crawford will get help off the bench as Jamison is now featured as a role player.

With a veteran coach and NBA champion, Doc Rivers calling shots from the sideline, guys like Chris Paul and Blake Griffin should benefit from his presence in the organization. Paul and Griffin are two of the most talented players in the NBA. Rivers took Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce champions and now, he has a chance to take these two superstars to glory.

The Clippers are faster and younger than the Lakers. In fact, just let Paul do his thing as he will show off how old the Lakers really are. Expect Griffin to run on any fastbreak opportunity as Dudley and Redick should do a great job opening up the floor.

The Memphis Grizzlies were responsible for removing the Clippers from the postseason last year, but this team is still young and learning. They are getting hungrier and better every year and it will only be a matter of time before they break through.
