Dodgers Cardinals NLCS Playoffs: Will Ferrell Does Player Intros For Los Angeles As Series 3-2 Heading To St. Louis (Watch Video)

The Los Angeles Dodgers came through with a huge victory on Wednesday against the St. Louis Cardinals to stay alive for one more game and to send the series back east at 3-2 for the National League Championship and things started off in Game 5 with some fun, as Will Ferrell announced the lineup for the hometown Dodgers in the game to great comedic effect.

This is not the first time Ferrell has done this for a sports team and likely will not be the last and his fans know that he is a big sports fan, as he previously went to USC and he often can be seen on the sidelines at Trojans games, but likely not so much anymore now that the team isn't playing too great. Just recently, Ferrell was spotted marching with the Trojans band and on Wednesday he did the pre-game intros for the players in the game for Game 5.

Ferrell may have had some foresight for the game, as he announced starter Zack Greinke as "today's winning pitcher" and that obviously ended up being true. Will Ferrell did it previously for the NBA for the Chicago Bulls that made everyone crack up and he also had a funny moment when he appeared as a security guard last year at the Staples Center and had a bit of fun with Shaq as he "escorted" him out of the arena.
