The Seattle Seahawks are coming into their Thursday matchup with the Arizona Cardinals after pulling out a close win against the Titans on Sunday and when they take the field they may have a boost in the form of tight end Zach Miller.

Miller has missed the past two games while dealing with a hamstring injury and according to ESPN.com, the tight end looks ready to return to the field after participating in practice this week for the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday night football. The Seahawks have one of the best offenses in the league and adding Miller could be a nice boost for Russell Wilson, especially since Percy Harvin does not appear ready to return in his first week eligible since being placed on the PUP list after having surgery this offseason.

Marshawn Lynch also was on the injury report with a hip issue and while he did not practice on Wednesday, that was probably more the team being cautious rather than anything serious since the game is on Thursday. Lynch has been one of the most consistent running backs in the league this season and he had over 150 yards total last week and should be in line for another big game after scoring two touchdowns in Week 6.

Lynch had 77 yards rushing and two scores to go along with four catches for 78 yards last week and he was coming off of a 102 yard performance against the Colts the previous week and now he will face the division rival Cardinals. Lunch has been one of the most productive backs in the game this season, ranking in the top five in the NFL in yards, rushing yards per game and touchdowns and now Wilson and company will be looking for another solid game on Thursday night.

Miller has not had the most productive season fantasy wise, but he has made it count when he catches the ball, as he had two catches for two touchdowns against Jacksonville before getting hurt and he only made one catch against the Texans in the game after that. This season he has just eight catches on 14 targets for 76 yards, but if he is healthy, he should get more looks on Thursday night from Wilson, as the Cardinals have two solid cornerbacks in Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu and that could force Wilson inside more.
