It appears as though Heat fans will have to settle for ESPN highlights or NBA TV's highlights after this matchup is over.

The Heat face the Charlotte Bobcats, which might explain why they will not get any air play. The Bobcats have talent, but it should be another easy victory for the Heat.

On Thursday night, the Heat defeated the Detroit Pistons, winning their second game of the 2013 NBA Preseason. It was a close and challenging game, however, as the Pistons have replenished their squad adding Brandon Jennings, Chauncey Billups and Josh Smith.

The final score in Thursday's game was 112-107 in favor of the Heat and it was Chris Bosh again who led the way, scoring 28 points after finishing 12-16 from the floor with two blocked shots. The Heat bench came alive, totaling 50 points, 12 of which were scored by James Jones, who went 4-6 from beyond the arc.

Will Bynum kept the Pistons close, matching Bosh's 28 points. Jonas Jerebko and Andre Drummond finished with double doubles. Jerebko had 12 rebounds and 10 points, while Drummond grabbed 11 rebounds (6 offensive) and scored 21 points. The Pistons were able to keep things close despite not having Billups or Jennings in their lineup, which is pretty impressive, though it was only a preseason game.

LeBron James has not been doing much scoring, once again finishing his game against the Pistons with nine points. He seems to be working on another part of his game, once again leading the way for the Heat with seven assists and picking up two of their 12 steals.

The Heat are doing a great job holding on to the ball as they only committed 11 turnovers, while forcing 24 turnovers against the Pistons on Thursday.
