The San Francisco 49ers and the Houston Texans are playing on Sunday night football on NBC and the game will be a matchup between 2-2 teams in the Bay Area, as Colin Kaepernick will lead the way against Matt Schaub after the Texans suffered a heartbreaking loss last week against the Seahawks.

The Texans pulled off a comeback victory on couple weeks ago against the Tennessee Titans after making a team record comeback against the San Diego Chargers in Week 1 and it was done on the hands of rookie DeAndre Hopkins, as number one wide receiver Andre Johnson needed to leave the game after suffering a concussion.

Check here for the live coverage of the game.

According to ESPN.com, Johnson had to leave the game after getting hit hard by safety Bernard Pollard, who has a history with getting fines and penalties for big hits. Johnson made a 21-yard catch on the play and he was tackled by corner Jason McCourty before getting hit by Pollard and there is a chance he could get fined for the hit since Johnson suffered a head injury.

The catch came at a crucial time in the game and according to ESPN.com, Johnson is going through the concussion protocols for the league and if he passes all the tests he could be play for next week's game against the Super Bowl champion Ravens in Baltimore. Johnson was integral in setting up the tying touchdown run by Arian Foster and then the team ended up winning the game in overtime after a DeAndre Hopkins touchdown reception from quarterback Matt Schaub. Hopkins stepped up big for Johnson after he left with a concussion and he could be a sleeper fantasy option going forward.

Johnson made eight receptions in the game for nearly 80 yards and as long as he passes all the protocols, he will be allowed to play next week. Johnson has long been the number one receiver in Houston and the team has been searching for legitimate number two option for years and now it seems they have it in Hopkins. Johnson has been targeted 29 times already in just two games and he had a huge debut against the Chargers, making 12 receptions for 146 yards in the comeback win.

Hopkins was drafted after being a star at Clemson and the team loves his speed on the outside and he showed his superior ball skills on Sunday with some very nice catches. If Johnson misses any time this season, Hopkins is a sleeper pick and while he was targeted just six times in his first game, he was looked at 13 times by Schaub and made seven catches for 117 yards and the winning touchdown.
