Listen to the Texas Rangers vs. Tampa Bay Rays in Game 163 of the 2013 MLB Playoffs. The winner gets access to the A.L. Wild Card Game and officially wins the second spot in the standings. Entering today, both teams have similar records at 91-71. Check out batting lineups and free radio live streams available for both teams.

The Rays will send their ace and leader, David Price to the mound. He will try to win his first game against the Rangers in the playoffs. So far in his career, Price has yet to figure the Rangers out in the postseason, going 0-3 in three starts against Texas. However, it's not that he has pitched poorly, but rather that the lefty has lacked run support.

In his last start, Price surrendered three earned runs on seven hits and a walk, but he only struck out three hitters. The good news for the Rays is that they face an inexperienced Martin Perez that has never made a playoff appearance in his career. The 22-year-old held his own throughout the regular season, but as we know, the postseason is a completely different monster.

In 2013, Perez made his first start in May. He pitched well enough to have the Ranger reconsider having him in the minors and limiting to the role of a relief pitcher. Since June 22, Perez became a regular in the Rangers' rotation and he has not disappointed, going 10-5 with a 3.55 ERA.

With no further ado, here are the lineups and the live streams for tonight's Game 163 between the Rays and the Rangers.
