The Seattle Seahawks are in first place in the NFC West at 3-0 and now the team will face a tough test as they travel to Houston to play against the Texans and after the 49ers defeated the Rams on Thursday, the Seahawks will try and keep pace to move to 4-0.

Seattle already has a lead on the 49ers in the NFC West after beating them two weeks ago in a dominating matchup 29-3 and now they will face a 2-1 Texans team coming off of a 30-9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on the road. Andre Johnson is expected to play and that will be a nice boost for the Texans and this matchup starts a stretch of four games in five weeks on the road for the Seahawks and that could be a tough stretch to deal with considering where they are in the Pacific Northwest.

The Seahawks game on Sunday STARTS on FOX at 1:00 PM and with the Texans being an AFC team, CBS has to be a bit peeved that they don't have this game to televise, although they will have the Seahawks in a couple weeks against the Titans. The Seahawks won against the Carolina Panthers in Week 1 12-7 before their big game at home against the San Francisco 49ers and that game was a dominating win at 29-3 that could have implications for the division down the line.

The Seahawks had an easy win on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars at home 45-17 and that game put Seattle at 3-0 and Jax at 0-3 and it could be awhile before they win. The Texans are on the docket first before the team travels to Indy to play the Colts and then the team will host the Titans before heading out for two more road games. After the Titans game, the team will play three of their next four on the road, making it five of their next seven on the road including the Houston Texans matchup.

The team plays against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7 on the road in the first of two straight divisional games, with the St. Louis Rams coming up next on the schedule in Week 8. The team plays the disaster of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 9, while the Seahawks play on the road against the Falcons in a playoff rematch in Week 10 before playing the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11 before their bye in Week 12.

The team has a tough stretch to end the season, playing the New Orleans Saints at home on Monday night football and then they will hit the road in back to back games, playing against the San Francisco 49ers on the road before heading east to play the NY Giants. The team finishes at home against the Arizona Cardinals and the St. Louis Rams and those games also could have divisional implications.
