Fantasy Football Trades Week 4: Trent Richardson, Hakeem Nicks, Rob Gronkowski and Roddy White Top Keeper League Targets

The fantasy football season is just three weeks old, but with some owners and their teams already way out of the playoff picture, it might be time to pull a Cleveland Browns and start preparing for next season and some of the best players to target now are Trent Richardson, Hakeem Nicks, Rob Gronkowski and Roddy White.

Fantasy football trades can be tough to figure out, but these players could be options to snag heading into week 4, especially in keep leagues, as they will have value heading into next season. Richardson is a must-snag for any owner that needs a running back and especially ones in keep leagues, as Richardson's value has only gone up since moving to the Colts from the Browns.

While the Browns had a solid game on offense in their win Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, the team is going nowhere and Richardson was not as productive as he was last year. With the Colts, the team wants to build the offense around a power back and after getting 13 carries in his first game with Indy, his role should grow even more as the season goes on. He has immense value in keeper leagues for next season, especially with Andrew Luck and young players like Dwyane Allen, Vick Ballard and TY Hilton on the roster.

Richardson rushed for just over 100 yards in his first two games of the season and he was held without a score and now he already has his first touchdown and he is valuable in PPR leagues as well. Last season Richardson made 51 catches and in the offense with Luck he could get loose even more. Richardson is one of the most high-profile players to be moved, but fantasy wise it's all aces for him and any owner would be wise to try and snag him.

Hakeem Nicks is one of the most important players for the Giants on offense, which is one reason why it was tough to see him register zero catches and zero targets in the 38-0 loss to Carolina and that likely was one reason for the defeat. Nicks has size and speed and even though he was injured last season, he is potentially one of the best in the league. Trading for him now is a smart move, as owners are likely down on him after he has scored zero touchdowns and after the ofer game on Sunday.

Moving forward Nicks is very valuable, as he may not end up in a Giants uniform next season when he is a free agent. He could put up even better numbers as a legit number one without Victor Cruz, although it's likely in his best interests to stay in NY. Another player that is interesting to trade for is Rob Gronkowski, especially if he was drafted in the third round or later in your league.

In my league he went in the fourth round and he is a perfect keeper there as he would have easily gone higher had he been healthy. Roddy White is another player to try and buy low at and both of those guys could be huge the rest of the season and beyond.
