Thursday Night Football is back with a dramatic matchup. The Philadelphia Eagles host their former coach, Andy Reid, and the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. Want to watch the action live from home? Check out the TV schedule with channel and game time as the Eagles and Cheifs go head-to-head for Week 3's Thursday Night Football matchup.

Time: 8:30 p.m. ET

Channel- Where to Watch?: NFL Network (Click here to find out more info on the NFL's channel)

This will be the second time NFL Network airs their Thursday Night Football game. NBC took charge of Week 1's meeting between the Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos. Last week, Thursday Night Football aired the New England Patriots vs. New York Jets in an AFC lackluster battle that was pretty sloppy and sad to watch.

NFL Network brings you a meeting featuring two head coaches trying to change the fate of their franchise. Reid brought winning back to Philadelphia, but the team struggled to go far in the past two seasons. Ironically, that's when the team was loaded with talent. Reid seemed to have lost his command of the team and he was fired at the end of another disappointing season.

The Chiefs, well, they have been everything but successful. Last season, fans cheered when Matt Cassell, their starting QB at the time, went down with an injury. That sums up the Chiefs season in a flash, similar to how the butt fumble now represents the New York Jets' 2012 season. However, with Reid at the head and their acquisition of veteran Alex Smith, the Chiefs are off to a fast start. They already possess a top tier running back in Jamaal Charles, now with an experienced quarterback, the Chiefs are giving themselves, not a chance to compete against the Denver Broncos, but a chance to once again become a relevant franchise in the NFL.

We are through Week 3 and the Chiefs have already matched their win total of 2012. However, the new-look Eagles' offense will truly prove a test for the Chiefs. The Eagles pile yards after yard, possession after possession. It is not stop, heavy action for as long as they keep the ball. The Eagles offense puts points up in a blink and the Chiefs will probably have to play from behind in this one.

Official game time is 8:25 p.m. ET. However, kickoff will be a few minutes after. Tune into NFL Network for all the action as either the Chiefs will continue their season perfect or the Eagles will be atop of the NFC East for at least three days.
