Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cincinnati Bengals Live Stream: Watch Online Streaming NFL Game

Sep 16, 2013 07:34 PM EDT

The second week of the NFL season is nearing a close as the Cincinnati Bengals get set to host the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football and the game will be televised on ESPN at Paul Brown Stadium with kickoff coming at 8:30 pm.

The Bengals and the Steelers are both 0-1 after disappointing losses to start the year and neither wants to get through to week with an 0-2 record, especially with the game on Monday night coming against a divisional opponent. The Steelers are coming into the game off of a very tough loss to the Tennessee Titans in Week 1 and in that game nothing seemed to be working for the Steelers and injuries started to pile up, as Maurkice Pouncey and LaRod Stephens-Howling were lost and now the team must move forward.

Ben Roethlisberger did not look his best against the Titans and after losing Le'Veon Bell in the preseason, the team lost their leading rusher in Howling in the game against Tennessee and they re-signed last season's leading rusher in Jonathan Dwyer to try and make up for it. The team did not like what they got out of Isaac Redman and Felix Jones in his place and now the Steelers will have to find a way to win against a tough divisional opponent on the road that has made it to the playoffs in two straight seasons, something Pitt cannot say in return.

Big Ben had less than 200 passing yards in the week 1 loss and now the team must try to rebound to get back to .500 or they will suffer another 0-2 start and that could be tough in a division with the Bengals and the Super Bowl champion Ravens. The Steelers have recovered in the past from and 0-2 record, but if the Bengals want to make the playoffs again, they will need to avoid it and that means big games from players like AJ Green, Giovani Bernard, BenJarvus Green-Ellis as well as quarterback Andy Dalton.

The Steelers usually do a good job against Green, limiting him to just one catch in two of three home game against Pittsburgh and that will be a matchup to watch after Green had a record day last week. Dalton has struggled against the Steelers as well and one big storyline to watch is James Harrison playing against his old team at linebacker for Cincy. Green had a monster game last week against the Bears despite losing, making nine catches on 13 targets for over 160 yards and two touchdowns and fantasy owners are hoping for more of the same.

Green is the best big play threat for the Bengals and they come into the game after ranking 13th in the league in passing and 25th in rushing through the first week, while the defense has been solid, but they gave up too much late against the Bears. The schedule doesn't get any easier for the Bengals, especially because their bye Week isn't until Week 12, meaning a long stretch of games upcoming. The team plays the Green Bay Packers next before going to visit the Browns and then the team hosts the Patriots. The Bengals then travel to Buffalo and Detroit before hosting the Jets and then it's two road games against the Dolphins and Ravens before playing the Browns.

The Steelers play the Bears and Vikings back to back before their Week 5 bye and then they have tough games ahead on the road against the Patriots as well as games against Oakland, Buffalo, Miami and later with Baltimore and the Bengals again. The team finishes with a home game against the Bengals before playing on the road against the Steelers and then they finish the season at home against the division rival Browns.
