The Men's and Women's Singles tournament at the 2013 U.S. Open hits Day 3 and there will be stars hitting the Arthur Ashe Stadium court as well. For Men's Singles, they are still completing their first round, while Women's Singles has their second round taking off on Wednesday.

There will be stars oon the court all throughout the day, as it should be. Here is the schedule for Wednesday at the world's largest tennis arena:
11 a.m. ET- Li Na (5) vs. Sofia Arvidsson
Guillermo Garcia-Lopez vs. Juan Martin del Potro (6)
Serena Williams (1) vs. Galina Voskoboeva
7 p.m. ET- Andy Murray (3) vs. Michael Llodra
Urszula Radwanska vs. Sloane Stephens (15)
Once again, for the Women's Singles, it will be the second round of action. Just ask Sloane Stephens how fortunate she feels about still being in the tournament. She faced off against Mandy Minella, who's ranked 110 in the world, in the first round and almost lost. The two went the distance, needing a tiebreaker in the third set so decide the winner. Stephens eventually rose to the occasion as the young tennis star, who has a flair for the dramatics, won 4-6, 6-3, 7(7)-6(5).
Andy Murray will play his first match after winning the 2012 U.S. Open. So it's official, once he hits the court, he will be defending his U.S. Open title. Last year's victory over Novak Djokovic in the finals earned Murray the major championship he's sought after for such a long time. Will Murray be a one-time wonder at the U.S. Open or does the Scot have what it takes to defend what's his?
Serena Williams will look to continue advancing in the tournament. We take her for granted, but she's such a dominant force, it's hard to imagine anybody beating her this early in the tournament.

You have a mixture of American tennis players and top ranked players over at Louis Armstrong Stadium. Yes, Venus, Baker and Blake aren't top seeds, but they are the Americans people are cheering for at the tournament. Stand at the plaza and you will hear the fans supporting their fellow American tennis players.
