The New England Patriots and Detroit Lions square off as they set off Week 3 of the NFL Preseason. Want info on where to watch this game as no television networks will cover the game?

Time: 7:30 p.m. ET

Where to Watch: NFl.com Live Stream

The Carolina Panthers vs. Baltimore Ravens will be aired on ESPN. If you don't want to pay for the online live stream, watch the ravens' game were ESPN will surely show highlights from the Lions vs. Patriots game.

The Pats and Lions have two of the best arms in the game. Matthew Stafford and the Lions are not as successful as the Patriots, but the team can burn any secondary in football. With Calvin Johnson as the top receiver in the league this past season, Stafford has a target he confides in. So far in the 2013 NFL Preseason, Johnson has 58 yards in three catches, while Matt Willis, the sixth year receiver, is leading the team with six catches for 69 yards and a touchdown.

At the quarterback position, the Lions have been testing their backup, Shaun Hill, who has the only touchdown thrown by a quarterback. The Lions offense and defense have scored a touchdown each. The running back position is a focus this season after a horrendous running game in 2012. Reggie Bush, has struggled in the preseason, averaging under two yards per carry. He's had 11 rushing attempts for 20 yards so far this season.

The Patriots are having no trouble running the ball this offseason and they only hope these stats can transfer over to the 2013 regular season. So far in the preseason, the Pats are second in football, averaging 193.5 rushing yards per game. Led by LeGarrette Blount, the former Tampa Bay Buccanner, and Stevan Ridley, the England's third round pick in the 2011 NFL draft, the Patriots are burning up the football turfs.

The Patriots don't have a Calvin Johnson in their team in 2013. They will heavily rely on the running game and just in case Tom Brady can't make it the entire season, they are trying to see if Ryan Mallett can run the offense in New England. So far in the preseason, Mallett is 21/38 for 234 passing yards and a touchdown.

Don't miss the action as the Patriots and Lions try to fine tune their team for an exciting and hopeful 2013 season.
