The 2013 MLB All-Star game is just days away, four to be exact. Here's the TV schedule for the Midsummer classic as the National League will look to make it three consecutive wins over the American League.

Date: Tuesday, July 16

Time: 8 p.m. ET (7:30 p.m. ET Pregame)

Channel- Where to Watch: FOX

Citi Field will host the 84th All-Star Game in the history of the game. MLB's stars look to guide their league to a victory as they were honored by fans all around the world. There were plenty of guys who probably deserved entrance to the 2013 All-Star Game. Here's a few of this year's snubs:

Adrian Beltre: .318/.360/.544, 20 HR, 53 RBI

Evan Longoria: .284/.362/.518, 18 HR, 51 RBI

Adrian Gonzalez: .302/.353/.491, 14 HR, 58 RBI

That's just a quick example of how tight the race was and how talented the pool of actual All-Stars. At third base, there's Miguel Cabrera and Manny Machado as the reserve. You can't knock fans for loving Cabrera, he is chasing consecutive triple crowns, while Machado is one of the true phenoms of the game. In his first full season, he leads baseball with 39 doubles and is hitting .315 with seven homers and 45 RBI. Those numbers are pretty good for a 21-year-old.

The Mets fans present at the game will have a chance to see David Wright start at third base. Dubbed as Captain America, Wright is currently the face of organization and did his best to lead the nation to victory at the World Baseball Classic. Currently, they are still trying to decide who will start for the N.L. as many believe Matt Harvey should be awarded with the ball in the first inning.

Don't miss a minute of the action and watch the Home Run Derby taking place the night before. Wright will also headline the derby along with Washington Heights' own, Pedro Alvarez.
