Swansea continued their busy summer by completing three signings, including Real Betis midfielder Alejandro Pozuelo.

The club have already inked the transfers of Jose Canas and Jordi Amat, both from La Liga, and Pozuelo becomes the third player to arrive from the Spanish league this summer.

Pozuelo, who also becomes the seventh Spaniard in Swansea's squad, signed a three-year deal with the club.

"I am very happy to have joined Swansea City," the 21-year-old attacking midfielder told the club's official website. "Since I've been a little boy it has been my dream to play in the Premier League.

"From the moment I heard of the interest from Swansea I have watched their games and followed the news at the club.

"The style of the team suits me, and so too does the style of the manager.

"Of course, there are a lot of Spanish players here including my old Betis teammate Jose Canas, and that will help me to settle quickly.

"I am looking to improve my English immediately as I want to communicate better with my teammates. On the pitch I just want to give everything I have to the club in order to help the team this season."

Joining Pozuelo at the club are two youngsters, Gregor Zabret and Alex Gogic. Zabret, a 17-year-old goalkeeper, joined from Slovenian side NK Domzale, signing a two-year contract, with 19-year-old midfielder Gogic putting pen to paper on a one-year deal following a free transfer from Olympiakos.

"I'm very happy to be here," Zabret said. "It is a great environment for me to develop and I'm looking forward to starting work. There are some great people at the club and I hope to get as much training with the first-team as possible to help my development."

"I was very impressed with what I saw when I came here on trial and I'm delighted to have signed for Swansea," Gogic added.

"The aim is to win games for the Under-21's and test myself against some great players from other clubs."

Meanwhile, Swansea also made some room in their squad by sending former Arsenal defender Kyle Bartley on a season-long loan to Championship side Birmingham City.
