Aaron Hernandez has been found guilty of first degree murder in the shooting death of Odin Lloyd from 2013, as the jury announced that he was found guilty on a unanimous verdict and now faces the penalty of life in prison without the possibility of parole and he also was found guilty of gun charges.

According to CNN.com, Hernandez was found guilty of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition. Hernandez was found guilty of first degree murder despite no murder weapon, a strong motive or any eyewitnesses in the case. Hernandez also faces a trial in the killings of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado from 2012.

Hernandez is currently in Bristol County House of Corrections as he waits for more on his trial and the investigation and the Facebook page also revealed a mutual friend in "Littleman Jenkins," who is also friend with Carlos Ortiz, the other accomplice arrested in the case. Hernandez was painted as a cold blooded killer in his bail hearing on Thursday and the judge denied his release and deemed him a flight risk.

The 27-year-old Lloyd was found dead at an industrial park a mile from Hernandez's home and shell casing tied him to the murder. The lawyers presented some of their evidence and said motive stemmed from an incident at a nightclub. Hernandez had his initial arraignment on Wednesday and was charged with five counts of firearms charges and first degree murder and now he will wait in jail until his trial.

Hernandez was released by the Patriots after the arrest and now they will take a large cap his for his $40 million contract and also have some major issues at the position. Hernandez was one of the top young players on the team and he previously played with Tim Tebow at Florida. He was arrested on Wednesday morning and his appeal for bail was on Thursday and the judge denied it and now he will share a small seven by 10 foot cell in jail until his trial date, which could be next year.
