Aaron Hernandez Arrested Rumors: Warrant Still Unclear As New England TE Records Impounded By Court Order In Odin Lloyd Murder Homicide Investigation

Aaron Hernandez has been locked into a murder investigation by police in his home area after a body was found a mile from his home and as conflicting reports come about his potential arrest, the investigation records in the case were impounded by a court order.

According to Yahoo, officials posted the news at the courthouse on Tuesday to say that all records in the case have been "impounded by the order of the court", which also includes evidence and the contents of search warrants. Hernandez has not been charged or arrested for the murder of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, but he is being investigated by police and authorities also searched his home and surrounding areas.

Hernandez may be facing trouble after destroying his cell phone and home security system and he could end up being arrested for obstruction of justice. Sources said there is no arrest warrant currently and police did not find new evidence near a pond by Hernandez's home on Monday. The tight end's lawyer came out and blasted the media for its speculative reporting and the arrest warrant is still unclear as the case drags into a second week.

Officers brought evidence out of Hernandez's home and he also reportedly had a cleaning crew there last Monday to clean his home. Police sources say the case is taking its time so that there are no mistakes involving a high profile player, which could be the reason for the delay. There has been confusion about the warrant and reports also say that Hernandez was spotted with Lloyd the night he was murdered on video.

The police have said that Lloyd was shot multiple times and that the body was not moved from where it was found. The future for Hernandez and the Patriots is up in the air and depending on how it shakes out, he could face a fine or suspension.
