Jun 22, 2013 02:01 PM EDT

Wimbledon 2013 is just a day away from setting off. Though the rankings seemed to have tampered with the seedings this year, we are set for incredible matchups all across the board. As it's already been heavily publicized, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer are set to meet in the quarterfinals, providing supestar quality tennis sooner than expected. As the schedule shows, Wimbledon kicks off on Monday, here is a look at who the top ranked players in the tournament will be facing.

Novak Djokovic (1) vs. Floran Mayer
The 2011 Wimbledon champion, Djokovic, will face Mayer in the first round. Don't sleep on Mayer, he might come into this tournament unranked, but he was a quarterfinalist in last year's Wimbledon, his best finish at a grand slam. Djokovic is the reigning 2013 Australian Open champ and he is fresh off a semifinal appearance at Roland Garros.

Andy Murray (2) vs. Benjamin Becker
The 2012 Wimbledon runner-up, Murray, has a fairly easy matchup in the first round. Becker has never faired well in grand slam tournaments, Wimbledon being no exception. The last four years Becker has played at the All English Club, he's been eliminated in the second round of the tournament. For Murray, he is a heavy favorite and will look to make history becoming the first player from Great Britian to win the tournament since 1936.

Roger Federer (3) vs. Victor Hanescu
Federer is the defending champion at Wimbledon. He faces Hanescu who is ranked 49th in the world. The Romanian hasn't had too much success in grand slam tourneys. His most successful run at major was at the 2009 French Open when he exited in the fourth round. Federer is, historically, one of the best players on grass. He will be seeking his eighth Wimbledon title.

Rafael Nadal (5) vs. Steve Darcis
Darcis has only played in three Wimbledon tournaments in his career and his best finish came in 2009 when he made it to the second round. Nadal, the reigning 2013 French Open champion, comes into the tournament seeded lower than expected. However, don't expect that to bother him. Nadal will be looking to impress, especially after being bounced in the second round at last year's Wimbledon tournament.
