Federer and Murray
Roger Federer of Switzerland holds his winners trophy and Andy Murray of Britain holds his runners-up trophy after Federer defeated Murray in their men's singles final tennis match at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in London"

The 2013 Wimbledon seedings were published Wednesday and there are some surprises as the tournament is set to begin in a few days. In the Ladies' Singles, things appear to be normal. However, the Men's Singles seedings don't seem quite right.

Here's what the Top Four looks like at Wimbledon:
1) Novak Djokovic
2) Andy Murray
3) Roger Federer?
4) David Ferrer

Wait, who's missing? Oh, that's right, the No. 5 ranked, Rafael Nadal. Fresh off his eighth title at the French Open, Nadal will not be in the Top 4 of the Singles Seedings for the first time since, as The Guardian's James Riach pointed out, 2003 when he was 17 years old and unseeded. Many might say Nadal deserves to be No. 2, but he wasn't in the tournament last year when Murray was the runner-up to, the now No. 3 seeded, Federer.

Murray missed the 2013 French Open and hasn't played since suffering a back injury during the Rome Masters. Ferrer gets awarded for advancing to at least the quarterfinals in six straight quarterfinals grand slams. Ferrer hasn't been a dominant player at Wimbledon throughout his career, so it will be interesting to see if he can handle being ranked fourth.

Here are the rest of the Men's Singles seedings:
6) Jo-Wilfried Tsonga
