Boston Celtics player Terrence Williams was arrested on Sunday in Washington for threatening his child's mother with a gun, according to reports.
USA Today reports that the Seattle Times first reported about the incident in Kent, which said that Williams and the woman were going to have a scheduled visitation exchange with their 10-year-old son and after arguing in a parking lot, he threatened her with a gun. The 25-year-old was later located and arrested without any issues and it is being classified as a domestic violence issue.
Williams was drafted number 11 out of Louisville and played with the NJ Nets as well as the Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings before joining the Celtics this season on a 10-day contract earlier in February and he was signed for the season to pay him $947,907 as long as he isn't waived by October. He averaged 4.6 points, 1.6 assists, and 1.8 rebounds in 24 games for the Celtics and he is from the Seattle area which is why he was there.
