Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are considered the two best fighters in the world, but so far there has not been an agreement for the two to matchup, leaving Pacquiao to take on another opponent, which he will do in November in Macau.

According to Reuters, Pacquiao will fight against American Brandon Rios in a match in Macau that will be a 12-round welterweight fight, his first since losing to Juan Manuel Marquez in December, which knocked him out and knocked him unconscious. Many have said that it is time to retire for the boxer, but instead he will get back in the ring to show his dominance once again and the news comes less than a week after Mayweather defeated Robert Guerrero and the new fight will be held at Cotai Arena in The Venetian Macao-Resort and Hotel.

Pacquiao has won eight titles during his career and this fight will be his first outside American since 2006. Pacquiao is looking less like the best boxer in the world after the knockout and a loss to Timothy Bradley last year that many felt he should have lost by more. Pacquiao is 54-5-2 with 38 knockouts in his career and the longer that he and Mayweather continue to fight other opponents, the less likely it is that the two of them will fight.

Rios will be an interesting opponent for him, as he is 31-1-1 with 23 knockouts after losing to Mike Alvarado in Las Vegas in March.

"Manny is definitely going to get his mojo back with this fight," trainer Freddy Roach told ESPN.com. "I think it'll be an exciting fight but that Manny is going to land ... and knock this guy out somewhere along the way. Rios likes to exchange and his style is not really difficult to figure out, so Manny's gonna hit him."
