The NFL Draft begins on Thursday and heading into the first round there is a chance that a number of teams will try to trade up or down depending on where they have selections and some of the biggest rumors about moves include the San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons.

The Kansas City Chiefs previously were thought to want to move out of the top spot, but after allowing Branden Albert to talk to the Miami Dolphins, chances are they will not give up their position in getting to select Like Joeckel or Eric Fisher with the first pick, as they play Albert's position. Originally the team was looking at Geno Smith, but after trading for Alex Smith in the offseason, there is not chance they will go quarterback at number one. Jake Long previously was taken number one overall as a left tackle and all signs point to that happening again this season.

Both the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Oakland Raiders may want to trade out of their spots at two and three since this is a deep draft and Oakland doesn't have too many picks, but so far no takers have emerged with four days left heading into the first round. The Raiders traded for Matt Flynn in the offseason and also signed Nick Roach and Kevin Burnett as well as Tracy Porter and Mike Jenkins, meaning they may look for offense with their first selection.

Trade usually go down in the later rounds and last year there was a huge trade with the Rams, as the Redskins dropped into the number two spot to take Robert griffin behind Andrew Luck. Some of the best options include the Buffalo Bills and the Arizona Cardinals, who both may be looking at Geno Smith or Ryan Nassib in the top 10 and will be afraid of losing out on them. While the Eagles, Jaguars, Lions and Browns appear to be out of the quarterback chase, those two teams may not take the chance, especially the Bills, as head coach Doug Marrone had Nassib in college at Syracuse. The four and five spots could be targets for both teams.

The San Diego Chargers are in a great position to tr5ade up and they may need to do so to get the player they desire in Oklahoma left tackle Lane Johnson, considered the third prospect at his position in the draft. At number 11 they may be out of the running for him, meaning they could trade up to get behind the teams who take Luke Joeckel and Eric Fisher and ahead of the ones that want Johnson. The Eagles, Cardinals and Bills could be looking at him and the Chargers desperately need a left tackle to protect Philip Rivers.

The San Francisco 49ers have a bunch of picks after the Alex Smith trade and could use those to trade up, much like they did when they selected Colin Kaepernick, and look how that turned out. The Atlanta Falcons are also possible movers, as they once did that with Julio Jones and could do it with someone like Dee Milliner or Jarvis Jones.
