Boston Marathon Bombing Death Total Updates: Listen Online ESPN Radio Broadcast with Information

The 2013 Boston Marathon was shocked after two bombs went off just a little before 3 p.m. ET. Now everybody is wondering about the damage created and everybody is concerned with death totals and those affected by the explosions. Check out ESPN Radio as they are bringing in live updates

So far, the people at ESPN have interviewed a victim who had to carry his father onto an ambulance. His father couldn't walk and was left immobile after the explosions. The best way he could describe the situation was mayhem. Medics were attempting to rush the wounded to the hospital to simply get them out of the area destroyed by the bombs. They were packing ambulances with injured runners and getting them help. 

So far, there are two confirmed deaths. The New York Post reported 12 deaths, but that number has yet to be matched by any other news source. 

Many are calling the actions cowardly and are upset because the marathon is so important for Boston. It was the 117th annual running of the Boston Marathon. People were excited because the Boston Red Sox

Instructions are for people to keep away from the area. The police purposely detonated a third bomb as they continue finding secondary devices around the area. They want people to stay away. 

ESPN is linking to ABC and carrying their reports on ESPN Radio. They continue repeating that there are only two deaths yet reported. They are saying it could have been a backpack bomb or pipe bomb that could have been left anywhere around the marathon discreetly.
