Mar 28, 2013 11:44 AM EDT

Phil Jackson has accomplished a lot on his road to 11 NBA championships, now he's tackling the Twitter world, according to his fiancée, Jeanie Buss.

"Please welcome Phil Jackson to twitter @PhilJackson11," Buss tweeted Wednesday afternoon.

The all-time winningest champion coach in NBA history hit the Twitter world with so much swagger as his avatar on his account is the photograph used as the cover of his upcoming book, "Eleven Rings: The Soul of Success," depicting the six Chicago Bulls championship rings and five Los Angeles Lakers championship rings he earned as a head coach, according to ESPN.

Jackson's Twitter bio simply states, "Coach and Author."

The book, written with Hugh Delehanty, will be released May 21. Jackson, 67, is also the author of "Maverick," "Sacred Hoops" and "The Last Season," and he co-wrote "More Than a Game" with Charley Rosen.

Jackson's Twitter page has already amassed more than 23,000 followers before he sent out his first tweet, which showed the Zen Master's unfamiliarity to uncharted world of social media.

Although it wasn't the greatest tweet ever, the responses following Jackson's tweet have been pretty funny. Below are some of the funny things fans had to say about Jackson's first tweet.
