Fantasy Football Start or Sit Week 10: Mark Ingram, Percy Harvin, Marshawn Lynch, Reggie Bush, Martellus Bennett, Andre Ellington

The fantasy football week has started and some start or sit options for owners in Week 10 include Mark Ingram, Percy Harvin, Marshawn Lynch, Sammy Watkins, Martellus Bennett, Andre Ellington, Lamar Miller, Tony Romo, Fred Jackson, Doug Martin, Vincent Jackson, Rashad Jennings, Heath Miller and Doug Baldwin, as some of those players are banged up and some have very solid matchups and could put up points.

The fantasy season is getting closer to the playoffs and these matchups are big in Week 10 and fantasy owners need to keep an eye on injury reports heading into Sunday. Marshawn Lynch comes in dealing with a calf issue and as long as he is on the field, he is a START option for Sunday. The Giants are not playing well and he could put up massive numbers at home with NY coming in for a visit. Lynch often is out of Wednesday practice, but owners should keep an eye on things heading into Sunday in case his status changes. Sammy Watkins is dealing with a groin issue, but Pro Football Talk reports that he will be starting. Watkins is day to day and could end up as a game time decision, but again, if he is on the field, he is a START option for owners.

Martellus Bennett has been one of the most consent TEs in fantasy this season and he comes in dealing with a rib injury. Bennett is playing against the Packers this Sunday night and he has 47 catches for 517 yards and five TDs this season and he could be a prime player for Week 10. Bennett is a START as long as he is ready to go and owners with other TE options could look that way. Mark Ingram has been playing well since returning from injury and while he is dealing with a shoulder, he is expected to START Week 10 against the 49ers.

Ingram was limited in practice on Wednesday, but Ingram said that there is "no doubt" that he will be playing in the game on Sunday. Last week he hit 100 yards again and also scored twice and has been a very solid fantasy option for owners this season when he is healthy. Ingram has been playing very well of late and he now has 431 rushing yards this season and he has already bested his numbers from last year and now could be in line to set career highs this season.

Ingram has a hot hand and he is a must START player for fantasy owners, as he now has 100 yard games in his last two times out. Ingram now has scored three touchdowns in his last two games and in that time he has 272 rushing yards. "Ingram went for 100 yards last week against the Panthers and before that he had his best game of the season with 172 yards against the Packers. Vincent Jackson was limited on Thursday in practice, but he is expected to start as well. Andre Ellington is dealing with a foot injury like he has all season, but he is getting the start on Sunday and will be in a favorable matchup with the Rams.
