The Buffalo Bills had an injury scare with wide receiver Sammy Watkins this week, but the rookie is expected to start Week 10 against the Chiefs along with Robert Woods and they are solid fantasy football options, while Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown are the best RB picks with Fred Jackson coming off of an injury, as he could be limited or out for the game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Watkins dealt with a groin injury during the week in practice, but Pro Football Talk reports that Watkins is set to start on Sunday for the Bills. Watkins could end up as a game time decision after missing practice on Thursday, but all signs point to him playing. Watkins has been one of the best rookie WRs this season and he has been one of the most consistent players for the Bills on offense. Though eight games Watkins has 38 catches for 590 yards and five touchdowns this season and has been one of the top rookies in the league.

Robert Woods comes into the game after dealing with an injury in Week 8 and he has been back practicing and should be a full go for the Bills on Sunday. Watkins will not be 100 percent no matter what even if he starts and that could give Woods a boost, as he is fully back at practice after dealing with a back issue. Apart from Watkins, Jackson is the top player to watch, as his status will dictate whether or not it's worth it for fantasy owners to start Brown or Dixon. CJ Spiller is out with a serious injury and Jackson has been banged up and hasn't played since Week 7.

Doug Marrone said through BuffaloBills.com that the team has not made a final decision on Jackson about his status for Sunday and he could end up as a game time decision. Jackson is dealing with a groin injury and has been limited in practice through the week. The matchup with the Chiefs is on Sunday and the Bills would be in a much better spot with Jackson on the field. While Brown and Dixon have done a solid job so far coming in, but Jackson would give the team a real boost if he is healthy.

Jackson has played in seven games this season and has 239 yards on the ground and he also has been a major factor in the passing game. Jackson has 33 catches for 261 yards and with Spiller out for the season, he will take over as the primary back once healthy. Brown had just 15 yards last game and while he was limited in that matchup, he is a better option than Dixon for the rest of the season for the Bills. Dixon had 44 yards last game and he now has 181 yards on the season, but is averaging just 3.7 yards per carry.

Woods and Watkins are both solid options for the week and while the Bills are not favored for this matchup against the Chiefs, this could turn into an offensive game. Having Jackson back will be huge for fantasy owners and the Bills if he can play.
