Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings 2013 Top Players Projections

The NFL season is ready to begin and that means fantasy football has finally arrived after a long layoff and with drafts going on around the world, one position that might get overlooked is at kicker and here is a list of the top options for the 2013 season.

Stephen Gostkowski is likely the number one ranked kicker since he plays for the Patriots and he also led the team in scoring with 153 points and that came after he was third in 2011. He is a great choice because owners know that the Patriots will be scoring consistently all year and he is pretty accurate when it comes to field goals as well. Tom Brady racks up points and that means plenty of points for the G Man to rack up this year.

Blair Walsh was a fantasy sleeper last season as a rookie with 141 points and his 10 field goals from 50 and beyond was best in the NFL and that is fantastic stats for fantasy owners. Kickers can be the difference between winning and losing each week and Walsh is a very solid option. Matt Bryant and Matt Prater should have good season again in high scoring offenses, while Alex Henery, Justin Tucker and Sebastian Janikowski are all accurate options.
