The Indiana Pacers are heading into next season with championship expectations after taking the Miami Heat to seven games in the Eastern Conference finals and the team is looking very strong after acquiring Luis Scola from the Phoenix Suns and re-signing David West after his contract came up.
Adding both those players to a frontcourt that includes Roy Hibbert is a path to success for the Pacers and the star center showed off some of his skills this past week in a video using Google Glass, giving fans a nice look at what it's like to be an NBA star. The video shows Hibbert using the first person view to give fans a look through the glasses while he is taking shots from around the key, taking shots from the paint, and of course some dunking.
Hibbert is one of the key players for the Pacers this season and while he wasn't with the US national team last week for camp, according to Pro Basketball Talk, the door is always open. Hibbert and Scola will give the team some solid bodies up front with West and along with Paul George the Pacers have the talent to take on the Miami Heat next season in the playoffs. The Pacers pushed LeBron and company to seven games last year and now the Scola trade may have put the team over the top.
