Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said he would field a full-strength side in the League Cup quarterfinal game against Bradford City Tuesday.

The Gunners are chasing their first trophy in over seven years, and after coming desperately close to lifting the League Cup a couple of seasons ago, when they lost to a last-minute goal to Birmingham City, Wenger is not taking any chances against the League Two outfit.

Arsenal play their next English Premier League game only on Monday, with the visit to Reading, and keeping that in mind, Wenger admitted he would field a side similar to the one that won 2-0 against West Brom at the Emirates.

"We will have an experienced squad at Bradford," Wenger said. "We have a good recovery time ahead of the Reading game on Monday so we can use the players we want to use.

"We take every competition as an opportunity but, of course, the way is shorter now, so that is why we focus on that."

Olivier Giroud, however, will not make the trip to Bradford, after suffering an injury to his back, while the game comes too early for Theo Walcott. Abou Diaby, Andre Santos and Laurent Koscielny are also ruled out of the game.

"The only new player who is not available is Olivier Giroud," Wenger added. "He got a kick on his back on Saturday. He has not recovered and he will be out.

"Theo is still out. Along with Diaby, Santos, Koscielny."

Meanwhile, Wenger insisted Arsenal are not out of the Premier League title race yet, despite being a massive 15 points behind Manchester United.

"The gap (to the top) is big, but not big enough to think it's done," Wenger told the club's official website. "The Manchester derby was of a very good level and the draw would maybe have been the fair result.

"Manchester City came back -- they started the game very strongly -- but Man United have shown they are clinical up front.

"The rest of the weekend was quite interesting. It shows that if you're consistent, you will be there at the end of the season. From now on it is important for us to be consistent."
