The St. Louis Rams could look at a trade with Jared Cook at the deadline this season, as CBS Sports reports that the team has had interest in the tight end from other teams. The Rams offense has Tavon Austin and Todd Gurley as the best fantasy start options for Nick Foles heading into Week 7.

The Rams are 2-3 this season and they are looking to hang around the NFC West division behind the Cardinals with the Seahawks and 49ers. According to CBS Sports, Jason La Canfora reports that the Rams have been "fielding calls" about Cook from other teams, but no deal is "imminent at this time." La Canfora also reports that the San Francisco 49ers have been getting interest in Vernon Davis and that the tight end trade market could be active this season.

Cook has $7 million coming to him in each of the next two season after previously signing a five year deal with the Rams, but it doesn't contain any more guaranteed money. Cook had a career best 52 catches last season for the Rams, but overall he has not put up great numbers over his two plus years with the team. Cook has just 15 catches for 169 yards this season and he has not scored a touchdown.

Gurley has been one of the best fantasy options in the league this season when healthy and he has over 300 yards rushing in three games played. Gurley had 159 yards against the Packers in Week 5 and this season he has 334 total yards in three games for the Rams. The Rams play next against the Browns and that could be a solid matchup for Gurley for fantasy owners. Gurley has been the lead back over Tre Mason this season and Mason has just 49 yards on 20 carries after having a strong rookie season.

Tavon Austin has been solid for the Rams this season and he is a sleeper pick in deep leagues heading into Week 7. Austin has some added value as a returner and he also has been used in the running game for St. Louis. Austin has 16 catches for 144 yards this season with three touchdowns and has added nearly 100 yards on the ground and another score. Austin is only worth starting in 12 to 14 team leagues, but he is a good choice for a WR4 or Flex pick against the Browns.

Nick Foles has been up and down to start the season and he is coming in after a down game against the Packers. Foles had 141 yards and completed just 11 of his 30 passes and had four picks in the game against Green Bay and that is simply too many turnovers. Foles has been over 200 yards passing just once this season and over the past three weeks he has five picks and four TD passes. Foles must improve for the Rams to get things going.
