The fantasy football Week 7 schedule is coming and some pickups, sleepers and waiver wire options to pick up include James Starks, Martavis Bryant, Ronnie Hillman, Marvin Jones, Jeff Janis, Stefon Diggs, Gary Barnidge, Charcandrick West, Gary Barnidge, Zac Stacy, Lance Moore, Allen Hurns and John Brown heading out of Week 6.

The Week 6 games saw some big performances from wide receivers, as players like Marvin Jones, Martavis Bryant, Stefon Diggs, Lance Moore and John Brown all put up points for fantasy owners. Charcandrick West and Zac Stacy both got some extra work after players ahead of them on the depth charter were injured, while Gary Barnidge has continued his strong season for the Browns. Ronnie Hillman had a standout game for the Broncos and he could be a better start option over CJ Anderson moving forward.

Jones should be available in some leagues and he is a solid option for the Bengals behind AJ Green. The Bengals offense has been one of the best in the league this season and Jones had his best game of the year in Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills. Jones had nine catches for 95 yards and a touchdown and over the past two weeks he has had 14 catches for Cincy. Tyler Eifert is another option from the Bengals, as he has six touchdowns this season and has been consistent for Andy Dalton.

Stefon Diggs had a standout day for the Vikings and he could be worth picking up as an option in 12 or 14 team leagues. Diggs could be a solid WR3 or low end WR2 option after making seven catches for 129 yards on nine targets. Diggs has started two games in a row and he led the team in targets with Mike Wallace. If Diggs keeps starting he could up some solid numbers this season after making his beute in Week 4. Diggs had six catches for 87 yards in that game against the Broncos.

Ronnie Hillman had a big game for the Broncos in the overtime win against the Browns, going for 111 yards on 20 carries. CJ Anderson did start at running back, but Gary Kubiak has been giving Hillman plenty of work over the last few weeks and he could be a better option for fantasy owners. Hillman had more rushing yards and more touches for the Broncos and with Peyton Manning still struggling, the team will likely continue to push the running game.

Martavis Bryant probably isn't available in many leagues anymore, but after dealing with a four game suspension there is a chance in some leagues owners may have left him available. Bryant had a breakout game in his first action this season, going for six catches, 137 yards and two touchdowns. Bryant now has 10 touchdowns in 11 career games played and he is one of the best red zone targets in the league. The Packers have Davante Adams and Ty Montgomery injured and that could give Jeff Janis a chance to step in.

Barnidge had two more touchdowns for the Browns and he has been one of the best TE surprises in the league. Charcandrick West opened up the post-Jamaal Charles era as the starter over Knile Davis and he saw more snaps than Davis on offense and could be a solid pickup as an RB2 or FLEX player. Starks could be a solid option with Eddie Lacy dealing with an ankle injury and he had a big game against the Chargers with over 100 yards and he got into the endzone. Stacy is another player to check out with Bilal Powell potentially out and he came through with 13 carries for 46 yards against the Redskins.
