The Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans are playing on Monday night and some start or sit options for fantasy football owners include Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, Heath Miller, Arian Foster, Garrett Graham, Alfred Blue, LeGarrette Blount and Markus Wheaton as starter options for Ben Roethlisberger and Ryan Fitzpatrick, as those players have the chance to step up and perform for fantasy owners in the final matchup game for Week 7 on MNF.

The Steelers come into the game after a bad loss to the Cleveland Browns, while the Texans last played against the Colts on Thursday night and were also defeated. The Steelers come in looking for a nice bounce back performance and they are hoping Bell is the key, as he has been their best player and most productive fantasy option for owners. Miller always seems to shine on Monday night games and he could be a sleeper for this matchup, while Brown and Wheaton are the top WR options for the Steelers.

Bell comes into the game as one of the most productive running backs in football, as he has been a workhorse in total yardage. Bell has 542 yards rushing this season in six games and is averaging over five years per carry and he also has another 250 yards receiving. Last season Bell was huge as a dual threat back and he is putting together another very strong season for the Steelers.

Bell and Foster are prime START options, while Antonio Brown is also a strong start pick for this game. Brown comes in after making seven receptions for 118 yards against the Browns and that came after he as targeted over 10 times in the previous game. Brown has 41 catches on the season for 629 yards already and he has three 100 yard games and has made it into the endzone five times.

Foster is the best option from the Texans and it comes after he had one of his best games of the season last week. Foster rushed for over 100 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to the Colts and now he has had a long week of recovery. Foster has been very good this season when he is on the field apart from one game where he had under 10 yards rushing and he has missed one game with injury. Apart from those two, Foster has been over 100 yards in every game and he now has scored four touchdowns in the past two games.

Miller has been up and down this season, but with Big Ben on Monday night he has been very good in the past and he comes in after making two catches on four target against the Browns. This season Miller has 26 catches for 262 yards and he also has one TD on the season. Miller had his best game a few weeks ago against the Bucs with 10 catches for 85 yards and the Steelers need to find a way to get him more involved.

Bell was in some legal trouble with weed this offseason, but his legal issues will not be resolved until after the season. The NFL has new rules now, but in the past he probably would get hit with a suspension longer than Ray Rice: remember in the NFL, hit your wife, not the pipe.
