The fantasy football Week 7 weekend matchups are done and now some free agents and sleepers to pick up heading into Week 8 include Anthony Dixon, Denard Robinson, Zac Stacy, Tre Mason, Doug Baldwin, Jerick McKinnon, Bryce Brown, Sammy Watkins, Odell Beckham, Daniel Fells, Kelvin Benjamin and Ronnie Hillman, as those players have the chance to make an impact going forward.

Sunday saw a number of developments with players, including some serious injuries and that is why Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown are options for fantasy owners. CJ Spiller is out for the season and Fred Jackson is dealing with a groin injury and now moving forward Dixon and Brown could be solid options. Speaking of the Bills, Sammy Watkins had another big day and now he remains a consistent fantasy performer. Jerick McKinnon also played well and Tre Mason is another young RB to take a look at.

Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse are fantasy pickups after the Seahawks traded Percy Harvin and they both performed well on Sunday. Russell Wilson was great and while the Seahawks lost, they will have to continue working to replace Harvin and Baldwin will start getting WR1 looks. The Giants also lost, but a star is emerging in Odell Beckham, who had two scores in the game and comes in looking to play well after Victor Cruz was injured and lost for the season. The same goes for Rueben Randle and Preston Parker, as those names also could get more chances with Cruz out.

Daniel Fells had another touchdown with the Giants and he has looked like a solid TE option in deeper leagues and fantasy owners with Jimmy Graham or Vernon Davis could use him as a backup. The Panthers got blown out, but Kelvin Benjamin found the endzone again, while McKinnon and Mason along with Dixon are the best RB options.

Dixon comes in after being limited over the first six weeks of the season, but now that Spiller is out, he should get more chances. Jackson gets injured quite a bit and now he is dealing with a groin injury and Dixon comes in after getting 13 carries and gaining 51 yards and he also had three catches out of the backfield. Brown also could get some looks since he has more experience in the past than Dixon and both players are worth checking out for fantasy owners in need of RBs.

Zac Stacy has been a bit banged up this week and that led to Tre Mason getting some carries and now he could be a very nice fantasy pickup option as a free agent. Mason came in as one of the most productive college players into the NFL as a rookie and he ended up with 85 yards on 18 carries and he also scored a touchdown in the matchup. Mason along with Dixon and Brown are strong RB options with Denard Robinson.

Robinson ended up with over 120 yards in the game as a running back and he could be the change of pace and speed guy they have been looking for. Baldwin was also excellent with seven receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown and he is the top option at WR if he is still available on the free agent market.
