Darrel Young #36 of the Washington Redskins celebrates his first quarter touchdown with teammates Niles Paul #84 and Kirk Cousins #8 against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on September 21, 2014 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. "

The fantasy football weekend is over and some sleeper pick ups and free agent options for Week 3 into Week 4 include Isaiah Crowell, Niles Paul, Keenan Allen, Justin Forsett, Terrance West, LeGarrette Blount, Bishop Sankey and Cecil Shorts as well as Allen Hurns and Roy Helu among other names, as those players stood out or will have the chance to step up big in the coming weeks for fantasy owners.

The Redskins are dealing with some injuries and they have had players step up, including Niles Paul coming in for Jordan Reed and Kirk Cousins coming in for Robert Griffin. While the Redskins lost to the Eagles this weekend, Cousins and Paul played well and moving forward they are solid fantasy options along with Roy Helu. Alfred Morris will be the lead back moving forward, but he was hit hard on Sunday and that gave Helu a chance to get some carries.

Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell have done a nice job with Ben Tate out and while they are heading towards a bye week, the team will need them to continue playing with Tate injured. Tate is out with a knee injury and he could be on the sidelines for a couple more weeks and that makes West and Crowell strong pickups. The Saints have a stable of running backs and Khiry Robinson could be a good option going forward after rushing 18 times for 69 yards against the Vikings in Week 3. Mark Ingram is out and that means more carries for Robinson as well as Pierre Thomas.

LeGarrette Blount and Bishop Sankey each had solid games on Sunday and they could be pickup options behind the starters for their teams. Blount played well in garbage time and had 118 yards and a TD on just 10 carries, while Sankey had his best day as a pro so far. Sankey is not a start option yet, but he is getting there and he had 61 yards on 10 carries for a solid day and he also added on catch in the matchup. Moving forward Shonn Greene is the better option, but Sankey should start cutting into his carries more.

Jordan Reed has been out with an injury and that has opened things up for Niles Paul and he has already put up some very solid numbers for a TE. Paul had six catches for 68 yards in the game on Sunday and he has been a consistent option for the team all season. Paul already has 18 catches for over 250 yards and he has been one of the most targeted receivers in the league and the top TE option on the Redskins.

Isaiah Crowell and Terrance West have done a good job coming in for Ben Tate and they are both solid options for fantasy owners. Tate will be back soon and while both are on bye weeks coming up, they are solid options to add. Crowell had another solid performance and ended up with over 50 rushing yards in the game. Jeremy Hill is another solid backup option for teams and he is coming in after rushing for 39 yards and scoring a touchdown for the Bengals while playing behind Giovani Bernard. The team has a bye week and plays New England next.
