The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a number of fantasy football starter options for Week 3, as Doug Martin is listed as out and that means Bobby Rainey will start, while Vincent Jackson, Mike Evans, Brandon Myers, Josh McCown and Mike James are all strong options with Martin out and this comes as the team has a Thursday night football matchup in the division against the Atlanta Falcons and that will be on the road at the Georgia Dome.

The Buccaneers are coming into the game after a loss and with Doug Martin banged up, the team will need to find players to step up on offense to get it done. The Falcons are also coming in after a loss and they will be motivated to stop the streak against the Bucs. McCown will be looking to have a big game and with the Falcons not registering a sack this year and giving up a ton of rushing yards, he may have a nice matchup on his hands.

McCown rushed for two touchdowns last week and that was a boost for the Buccaneers and now he will be looking to get things done in the passing game. Last season McCown was fantastic while filling in for Jay Cutler with the Bears and now he will get another chance to get things going for the Bucs. Last week he had just 179 passing yards and those two rushing TDs saved things for fantasy owners and they are hoping for a better performance against the Falcons. Last season he had 13 TDs and just one interception and he will be looking to stay in line with those numbers after starting off with 362 yards and two TDs and three interceptions.

Doug Martin is coming in banged up and even if he plays, the team is planning on using a committee at RB and that means carries for Bobby Rainey and Mike James. The team loves what Rainey can do with the ball and he had over 100 yards last week total and now he will get the chance to be the lead back most likely with Martin dealing with a knee issue. Last week he had 174 total yards and 25 touches in the game and he showed last season that he can handle starting when Martin can't go. James has not done as much, but he too has shown he can be a solid option for the team.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins is out again and that means Brandon Myers will be locking it down at TE. The WRs are coming in looking to have a big game and Vincent Jackson will be the main target for McCown. Last week he led the team in targets and while he had just four catches for 51 yards, he should be ready to bounce back. Last season Jackson had a career high 78 catches along with 1224 yards and he is looking to get going after putting up eight catches for 87 yards in two games this season.

Mike Evans was banged up on the final play of the game last weekend and he looks like he will be ready to go for this matchup. Evans has nine catches for 86 yards this season and he could be a potential sleeper the rest of the way. Evans is ready to play and should be fine for Thursday.
