The NBA playoffs are coming starting on Saturday and players like LeBron James, Kevin Durant, James Harden, Dwight Howard, Tim Duncan and Chris Paul are all looking to get their teams on the right track as they push towards the NBA finals in June and the postseason kicks off this weekend with four games on Saturday and another four on Sunday.

James and the Miami Heat don't start their title defense until Sunday, while the Brooklyn Nets and Toronto Raptors open the playoffs with the first game on Saturday at 12:30 pm ET. The two teams play Game 1 on ESPN and then the Golden State Warriors take on the LA Clippers and that matchup has the potential to be a great one, as Chris Paul Blake Griffin and the Clips are looking to avenge their loss last season and they will be going up against a very talented team in the Warriors, who have All-Star Stephen Curry leading the way.

The Atlanta Hawks and Indiana Pacers play in the matchup of the one seed and the eighth seed and this could end up being an easy series for Indy, but they have to pull together after a rough month of basketball. The team is the best in the east, but they have to show their form is back and Roy Hibbert and Paul George will once again be at the center of it all. The Memphis Grizzlies ended up as the seventh seed and they take on the Oklahoma City Thunder and it has Kevin Durant looking to get back to finals after losing to James and the Miami Heat a couple years ago.

The Dallas Mavericks and the San Antonio Spurs are playing on Sunday and that matchup is on TNT at 1 pm and comes before the Miami game starts up. The Heat host the Bobcats in their series and that will be on TNT at 3:30, while the Washington Wizards and Chicago Bulls play next at 7 pm. The final matchup of the weekend has the Portland Trail Blazers taking on the Houston Rockets and that has the potential to be the highest scoring series of the first round.
