The Washington Redskins are thrilled about the signing of DeSean Jackson and now RG3 has a brand new weapon to try out this season and as he comes in, Jay Gruden could be looking to trade backup Kirk Cousins now that Colt McCoy has signed and that could give the team another draft pick heading into the event in May.

The Washington Redskins have had a very busy offseason and Robert Griffin III has been in the middle of that and after expressing his satisfaction with the signing of DeSean Jackson and coming to an agreement of wanting his number, RG3 posted a new logo for himself and joined Instagram for the first time.

Pro Football Talk posted a picture of the new logo and it marked the debut of Griffin on the social media website and he wrote about giving back to all of the people that have helped him get to where he is now. Griffin and the Redskins are getting a ton of headlines this offseason and after signing a number of solid players this offseason, including Andre Roberts and this comes after the team was hit with  $36 million in cap penalties over the past toe years.

Jackson adds a huge element to the offense for Jay Gruden and it gives the Redskins two elite receivers in Pierre Garcon and Jackson and the Eagles receiver is coming off of a career season with 82 catches for over 1,300 yards and nine touchdowns. The Redskins had a very rough season in 2013 and they have moved on from that by firing Mike Shanahan and now Griffin has control of the team again and that is why Cousins could end up getting traded eventually. The team lost the second overall pick in the draft this year due to the trade and now they could try and get some of that back with a Cousins deal.
