The Super Bowl will be starting up on TV at 6:00 pm ET and the schedule has SB XLVIII on FOX for the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos and the NFL championship game is set for February 2 on Sunday unless some crazy weather event happens and right now the forecast has a possibility of snow, but it is more likely to just be a cold night and that's it.

Peyton Manning is looking to win his second Super Bowl and he will set a milestone as the first quarterback to ever win two championships while starting for two different teams, something only Kurt Warner has even attempted after winning with the St. Louis Rams and then getting to the big game with the Arizona Cardinals. Manning has the chance to silence every one of his doubters on Sunday, as he can win a championship the same season that he set records for single season passing yards and passing touchdowns, breaking records held by Tom Brady and Drew Brees.

Manning had a season for the ages after losing to the Baltimore Ravens last year in the divisional round and he was able to rebound from a loss during the regular season this year to defeat the New England Patriots and Tom Brady in the AFC championship game last weekend. The Seahawks and the Broncos come in as the best teams in their respective conferences and they both were number one seeds coming into the playoffs and had two home games leading into the championship.

The Seahawks are more of a defensive team and they had the number one ranked unit in the league, while the Broncos were the top offense in the league and ranked first in scoring and plenty of other categories. Manning tossed 55 touchdowns and 5,400 passing yards this season and now he will play against the best secondary in the NFL and the best cornerback in Richard Sherman. The Broncos have plenty of firepower with Wes Welker, Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker and that should keep the Hawks defense busy on Super Bowl Sunday.

The weather is expected to be very chilly and could set the record for the coldest Super Bowl, while reports from the Weather Channel have a 30 percent chance of rain as of Sunday night. The temperature could get down into the 20s and is predicted to be near 33 degrees at kickoff and there also is a possibility of snow expected in the forecast. The game will be broadcast on Fox from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey and will have the Broncos taking on the Seahawks at a stadium both teams played at and won at this year.
